I have been thinking, through this lovely, long weekend, about ways to feel grateful.

Here are 5 ~

1) Notice when things go your way, when you get what you wanted.

2) Take a moment to acknowledge when you hear good news!

3) Remember to take a breath and see that something wonderful is happening around you.

4) I’d rack up one every time my heart feels warm or seems to swell with love.

5) Take note (and celebrate) when something unexpectedly delights you!

These are just a few ways you can use to collect gratitudes every single day.
